This research is aimed for analyzing one of the volumes of CAH that is dedicated to history of Rome or, to be more precisely, to history of Rome and Greece with the help of Voyant Tools (https://voyant-tools.org/). (Author: Borisov Kirill)
- Terms: if we speak about this aspect, then it is clearly seen that the most frequently used words in this volume are «cambridge» (1252), «rome» (1184) and «roman» (1170).
2. Frequency of using different words throughout the whole volume: with the help of this graph you can track changes in the frequency of words as the text goes by.
3. Termsberry: according to the research the most frequently used word «cambridge» is closely connected with such words as «histories», «press», «university» and «online».
To crown it all, it should be said that the analysis of this text is done for the sake of my research in Roman and Greece history. With the help of this study it will be easier for me to descry the main idea of paragraphs just by looking at the most frequently used words in it. Except that, tracking words is useful for fast browsing of information.
